If you just started playing the drums, then as you know, you need to warm up. And for
Beginners, (and i even do this sometimes) is stick to a normal basic beat and build
up. What i mean is this
H|o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-

B|x-------x-----x-
Now to build up, try this
H|o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-
S|----x-----x-----
B|x-x---x-x---x-x-
And keep working up
H|o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-

B|x-x---x-xxx-----
Now just keep making things up sticking with the basic
beat (1+2+3+4+) I also suggest occasionally slowing or
quickning up like this

B|x-x---x-x-----x-

You can also double the hi hat hitting so heres a good
warmup altogether

r mean drumroll and f means flam, if you didnt know. hit that crahs cymbal at the
beginning of each new line if you want. and if you want to ad something else as a
backup beat other than a hi hat, hit a ride cymbal on the top with the tip of your
drumstick (not hard) at the same rate as the hi hat, if you just understood what i
meant. But this is just an example, add anything you want in there. Good Luck!
